    I have three girls - one in college, two in high school. I have made every effort to keep my issues with food and my body to myself, but I know there are some things that I wish I had done differently.

    However, the bad thing is that there is not a darned thing that I can do about yesterday, but there is something I can do about today! Let's plan our next meal, drink our water and then get at least 10 minutes of exercise!
