    Hola Chica, great to see you've joined the DONE girls team it's an excellent team. You can do this, one step and thing at a time. I read your blog, at times we may struggle you just refocus and start over. Hey, this is my 3rd time on Sparks, I've been diligently working out for over 8 years but in the last 4 years I was on gaining and gaining. In the last couple of months I've been losing steadily.     You might want to try out plain old walking...start out slow 15 mins per day..stay committed and increase slowly.

    I've now logged 340 miles walking over almost 4 months and lost 40 lbs. from it. You have to watch what you eat also but you WILL see weight come off.

    Nothing beats walking !

    Dont get discouraged. This is just a bump in the road, girl. Keep on transforming the things you are doing, and those numbers will go down. Hit me up and let me know what you did last week as far as eating and exercise and we can compare. What I have been doing is not too bad! I have twins, attend school, and work full time and managed to stick to this. Keep your head up, things will get better, just give it a little time!

    You can do this, girl! I'm not going to let this beat me, and you won't either. I know it is going to be a long jouney for me and it won't happen overnight. I figure it took me almost 30 years to get here, and a year or two to get it off doesn't sound like so much considering that! Good luck and I would love to be your spark friend and communicate back and forth as we set our goals!
