    Hi thank you for the goodie..I am starting to feel better today went and bought a new filter for the house and bought some herbs from the health food store that help heal the lungs and sinuses and man that seems to be working great. And I am eating tons of garlic lol. Hopefully I can kick this out of my body and can workout soon as I ordered Les Mills Pump set and it came in today and all I can do is look at it and think about doing it...so far so good it seems to be going away. Hows it going with you? Have a great day emoticon

    Sorry about you not being able to jump around a lot due to waking your downstairs neighbors. But once you move you'll love the workout if you get it emoticon at least I really like that workout....it made me sooo sore...man she did a ton of pushups and crunches with that workout...lol who needs weights when you do that many pushups? You know you can modify that workout and still work up a great sweaty workout?

    Great going on your Bob Harber workout!! And thanks for telling me what you thought of it.

    Have you tried or saw Train 2 Cheer Strength & Conditioning? Man is that workout awesome!! Great music and great moves! I did have to modify some of the exercise do to my knees and lower back but man is that workout awesome!
