I am back again to Spark in hopes that I can find the right support I need to reach my goal of being able to keep doing all the things I love to do: kayaking, hiking, biking, and camping.

My Goals:
1. Track food and fitness every day for 30 days. 2. Be kind to myself. 3. 30 day streak on Spark.

My Program:
60 minutes of cardio each day

strength training 3x per week

Personal Information:
I am very happily married and a mother of 4 children- Isabel (13), Maria (14), Wyatt (23) and Trevor (25). I used to be a competitive athlete and am still interested in competition. I live in Upstate New York. I am very close with all my extended family and love doing things together. I am really into the outdoors and watersports.

Other Information:
I enjoy almost any physical activity- kayaking is my top favorite, but I also love cross-country skiing, swimming, biking, and walking. Just getting out in the fresh air and being surrounded by nature makes me happy. I also love to read, and would love to garden but don't have the drive for it with all the deer in my yard!

    Great job, Kimme! I've got to get on the exercise bike today because I had an appointment and I think it is raining out and I am still on the mend but much better but I don't want to risk it because I want to see you guys this week. Love you. Karen

    Thanks for the Spark Goodie. I love the bicycle. I appreciate the reminder of how much I enjoy getting out there and biking so much. I am going to visit Kathy in the hospital today and doing some cleaning but there is no reason not to get out and exercise for at least 20 minutes or a half an hour. I would really actually like to walk. I love to walk too and have been biking a lot and think it would be cool to walk around the neighborhood. Thanks again for the encouragement.
