Introduction Text Oh my where do I start...I've been yo-yo dieting for the past few years. I told myself by the time I was 50 I would have my weight where it should be; now 6 years later I am no better off than I was. So, here I am trying this again with a mindset to succeed. But, I need that buddy system and people who are going through the same thing I am. I find I need encouragment along the way. My family has a history of obesity and it's hard trying to get support from them when they struggle as I do and don't seem to want to do anything about their weight. No one said it would be easy...I just have to learn to take it one step at a time and reassure my self daily that I am worth it.

My starting goal is to lose 10% of my weight.
