Introduction Text HI I am a fairly new member who is stuggling with health issues that I want to change so I can look and feel better for myself and my husband of 5 1/2 years. I struggle with motivation to exercise and my portions are starting to get under control, I also have a lot of stress in my life right now. I live in the country, have 2 indoor cats, 2 indoor dogs, a conur Parakeet who likes to copy the dogs and other noises, we also have 2 outdoor dogs, 2 step daughters that I love very much, I enjoy reading, sewing, plastic canvas, walking with my dogs and riding bikes.

My goals are simple nes but still very difficult for me, mainly because I work in a non profit organization where I work with individuals with mental and or physical difficulties, and there isn't much opportunity for me to exercise on a daily basis, I am working hard to get back to walking my 2 miles a day and to ride my bike when possible .

I have asked my husband to hook up our wii again so that while watching our favorite tv shows I can use the stepping program and get my exercise in at the same time.
