Not come in last in the Zombie 5k
My Program:
My husband signed us up for a zombie 5k race in December. Now, I know I can walk 3.1 miles – I’ve been doing so pretty easily for the last few weeks. But there are obstacles. And zombies chasing you trying to steal your life. I don’t want to be dead by the time I finish the race! So, I’ve gotta get faster. Therefore, my program is currently about eating right and walking (progressing to jogging). Right now, I can’t even jog an eighth of a mile…it may not even be a sixteenth. I will take my jogging goals a quarter mile at a time, hoping to progress every 2 weeks or less. The zombie 5k is my goal for this year, but certainly not my final goal. I wouldn’t mind being able to jog a 10k. :)
