Hi. If you want/need a little push...consider joining us for an 8 week challenge. Why not join the X-WEIGHTED CHALLENGE? We're all ages, all fitness levels, all striving to live a healthier life. There is always something to learn from each other. These teams are also a great source of motivation! We can become healthier by working together and making new friends as we go. We compete in weekly nutrition and fitness challenges. It is similar to the Biggest Loser team. There are 3 teams that compete within the X-Weighted team. We do ATC (All Teams Challenge) various challenges (nutrition, fitness etc.) The main requirement is to post your weight weekly. The ATC challenges and/if individual teams have challenges are optional (however, very beneficial). If you have any questions, please let me know.

Cont...I have seen many great things & sadly some not so.Many can turned tragic as you know. I'm doing my best not to let that happen to my Dad. Just lost my Mom last year & this is just to soon to saying goodbye bye to my Dad. He enjoys life! ☺️ 981 days ago
