I've got to do better for myself...
I've got to do it right this time. I've been gone for way too long and the news is not good. I now have Type 2 Diabetes, taking Metformin. I got into a funk a few months back and i couldn't shake it off. Overeating, not exercising, and not taking care of me.
I took a long hard look at myself and didn't like it. So I'm doing it again, reaching out for support from this wonderful site and the great people who are on it.
I've given myself a goal of 80 lbs to lose ...
