This is Me!!


I am trying to balance out my eating and exercising habits from the habitual yo yo dieting that i have been doing for years!! I want to establish healthy habits that will stick with me for the long run!!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose the weight that I have put on in the last year or so... I am a habitual snacker and want to stop eating whole boxes of snack food!! I need to control my portion size!!

My Program:
 Keeping a food journal, working out 5x a week and not allowing myself to snack at night!! Learning to love myself and my body!


Personal Information:
I just moved to Mississippi with my wonderful boyfriend an am learning how to be far away from my family!!

    Hey, I saw your page and was like, whoa, I am such a binge eater too. I am working on it though. I enjoy reading your blogs because they contain scripture related to pleasing the flesh.. (and how it's not right).. I so need to work on telling myself no when it comes to eating ridiculous food and not exercising. Anyways, have a great night!
