I'm 23 and I am on the road to becoming healthy! I reached my highest weight of 274 and am aiming for a first goal of 175. I've got a long way to go but I am going.

1/9/12: Weight - 274.0
Just got back from the holidays. A three week trip away from home and around delicious things has taken me to my highest weight of all time. I am feeling very ashamed, but really ready to succeed this time. About to start BLC 18!

9/24/11: Weight - 260.0
I am one week in on a good schedule. Trying C25k again and Zumba on Saturdays. Really trying to make this a lifestyle and not just a weight loss kick.

9/3/11: Weight - 263.0.
Oh boy. Can't seem to get this. Just finished a big move to Memphis and have started grad school. I keep telling myself there are no excuses and I need to work out but haven't kicked myself in gear yet. Here's to hoping!

7/8/11: Weight - 256.6.
Struggled with eating and exercising the last 5 months. I've been all over the place. Just hoping something will *click* for me and I will start heading towards healthy.

2/13/11: Weight - 254.4.
Have lost close to 10 pounds in 5 weeks and am feeling pretty good! I ran my first 5k yesterday and ended with an official time of 55:07. I was last in my age group, but I finished. Next time I will aim to get under 45 min and not be last in my age group.
