Been away for a long time. Moved from GA to TN and then my husband got diagnosed with Cancer. I lost him in October of 2018. He always made me feel beautiful and now - I need to get myself healthy for me and my kids. They deserve to have me for a long time. On the road to refiguring out what works for me .. I don't have a lot of time to exercise right now - so I am working on adding steps everyday, and I ordered the body groove dance videos which I look forward to trying. Looking for new spark friends and hoping to find some peace and love life again. (1/29/19)

Mother of 4 girls - and 1 just graduated college, and 1 is still in diapers! My goal is to feel better and be able to play with all my girls - tired of feeling bad and doing nothing about. Turned 40 and want to feel sexy again!
I am from Cumming GA .. and looking for a walking buddy too .. you know what they say .. someone else will keep you motivated to work out!

What I have learned in almost 5 months has changed my life. It is nothing you haven't heard your entire life about what to eat and what it does to your body and to move. I have lost 25 lbs so far, with a goal of 100 lbs total. I have learned that the only person who can motivate you is YOU! You have to want it for yourself, and learn to change the way you think .. it is not just a body transformation, it is a mind transformation. I have made incredible friends - even though I have not met them, they are inspirational and sweet, and generally care about you! If you are just starting your journey - take the time to realize it is YOUR journey, what works for one may not work for you. Today I am DONE!
Done being the fat, funny friend.
Done having people look at me as if I am a leper.
Done being the BIGGEST parent at open house.
Done eating when I am not hungry.
Done smiling through the pain and heartache of not knowing how to change.
Done not loving myself.
Done looking to others for approval.
Done shopping in 'big' stores.
Done not being comfortable in chairs.

I am DONE! Now lets get moving!
