    Sorry you didnt get to work out :( I didnt either ;) I traded workout time for a nap and family poker time! lol. Where do you work? you workout at work? And congrats on losing 5 pounds!! I need to get a measuring tape thing to measure mine out and a guide of where to measure around, also i need like a yoga map to use cause all my workouts require me to get on the floor at some point and being on the carpet aint fun lol. I think im goin to make my weigh ins on Fridays, ive gone back and forth between monday and fridays, maybe ill do both days? we'll see lol. And we WILL make it and its goin to be amazing!     And I havent been to a race yet i want to soo bad. but i was waiting till I turned 21 cause a friend said it would be way better then lol. So maybe that should be like my reward when I loose all the weight? Sounds good to me lol. Yeah I worked out yesterday with this new Biggest Loser Workout Cardio Max DVD and it kicked my butt! Im sore today but im sure thats a good thing. And the DVD was only 10. which i was like wow lol. and its a "6 week program" so Im really excited about that as well as my Wii fit workouts, I havent weighed myself since Tuesday but i had gained like a pound from Monday to tuesday but i blame that on eating at 3 am tuesday morning :(( but that was my fault. Im trying to not eat after 8pm having my last snack at 7. Also this drinking 8 cups of water a day is hard lol i can get to like 4 lol. im not drinking anything else so i guess im just goin to have to force myself and eventually itll be like normal. Well im goin to finish my snack and go exercise maybe ill weight myself today. And then homework lol, I have 65 deffinitions to do :(( always good talking to you :)) Hope to continue to.     Hey yeah the unemployment thing sucked because my job was basically my workout routine and its hard to bored eat if your well not bored, but thats an excuse i guess im telling myself. But im excited to start over as well im 21 and i feel like im losing alot of my life because im tired allll the time and basically all i do is sleep and lay around and I feel like i miss out on things. My family and I are all over weight and Im hopeing we can all do this together. Ive a page for a while but never really got into it so yesterday i made a new one and want to vow to start over. It was supposed to be at the new year but that didnt work out but better late then never i suppose :). Im looking for this site to give me support and a means of bettering my eating and new exercise ideas. I loveeee NASCAR as well :) im so excited, My favorite is Dale Jr. Kasey is good too :), I dont _really_ have a driver I dislike but theres always that time when Kyle Busch just gets on your nerves lol. Well i hope you have a great night and day and hope to continue to talk :))
