    I don't use the meal planner. I just use what I have and try to stick to healthy foods as much as possible and the right portion sizes.

    emoticon . Hi Kachills! I live in UK and we don't have lots of the things on the plan either, though perhaps it is easier here to make substitutions. The important thing is to make your own plan and stick to it. Walking is a good start. Don't stress too much about carbs - they are in almost everything you eat. Try to cut down on fatty foods, perhaps as a first step. If you can keep going on this site you will find lots of good advice and support. Move more, eat less, enjoy life! emoticon
