On the scale again, oh yes I am on the scale again

My Goals:
I started in 2007 (235 pounds) and wanted to lose 20 lbs. It is now 2017 is the year I will make goal. Goal set by my Doctor is 180.0
Year 2016 Start weight: 197.8, goal 180.0.
Year 2016 End weight 196.8
2017 Start: 196.8 Goal
2019 May Start Over
206.0


My Program:
 Healthy eating. No beating up when I have things I love, but I will eat less of them.



Personal Information:
I was born in Pennsylvania and now live in the wonderful State of Florida! I am married to a wonderful, fantastic man. Between us we have 3 children, and 6 grandsons and 2 lovely granddaughters. We love to travel and I use a walker with a seat so I can travel and at times take a mobility scooter. When we do all day walking events I use my scooter! I love, quilt, bake, cook and read on my kindle. I am now a Distributor for Young Living Essential Oils and I am loving that.

    Thanks for the strawberries! Believe it or not, I'm still eating frozen strawberries from our patch from last summer. They are wonderful in my oatmeal in the morning. Hope you're doing well!

    Thanks for commenting on my blog. I joined WW online for $18.95 through Feb 1. It was a special promotion. If you start lurking around on their site, they will start sending you promos. In the Points Plus plan, all fruit and veggies are no points! It has certainly encouraged me to eat more of them. Maybe we could help each other! I am committed!
