    I think this pretty much sums up how we succeed on Spark, but a series of small things, not one big thing. I am finding this more and more as time goes on.

    Have a great week.

    A Holiday Pick-Me-Up

    Are the holidays running you ragged? The scent of cinnamon stimulates the trigeminal nerve, the area of the brain that governs wakefulness and raises energy levels. Have cinnamon at breakfast-time—sprinkle it on toast, hot oatmeal, cold cereal or even coffee. Or, during the day, put a drop of cinnamon oil on the inside of your wrist and sniff the invigorating scent.

    I am going to need a lot of cinnamon!! Have to get some of it in oil. I use it as much as I can when I cook-just didn't realize it would help my energy level.
    Have a great week.

    ~~~ We may not be able to control events, but we can control our attitude toward them.~~~~
    I feel this is true and even though my family has had some trying events this year, we are remaining positive and plan to keep it that way.
    Happy November
