hi, my name is judy.......i have been here for a month now, and i love it. i enjoy the tracking of food and fitness minutes and the competive me loves to get the spark points. i find myself going to the bottom of all my e-mails (non spark mail) looking for my points..hahahaha

to eat healthy, maintain my weight, exercise more consistently and to continue to study and learn more about yoga and meditation.

 to exercise on my days off - to do at least 10 minutes of cardio in the mornings of the days i have to work..
