Introduction Text My life is an out-of-control whirlwind! I work as a litigation paralegal during the day, have a counseling/therapist private practice out of my home in the evening/week-end and fit my 17-year-old son's baseball games inbetween rehearsals for the Christian rock/blues band I sing in. But even so, I'm more content with my life than I have ever been--except my weight/looks. It's time to focus on this area.

Be able to shop for clothes in the Misses Department

I have learned to replace almost every drink with water, to have healthy snacks to eat late evening, and learning to gradually replace items with healthy choices

I have a 17-year-old son Ben who recently got his acceptance to Ohio University where he will major in sports journalism. We also have a cat named Kallie and a Jack Russell dog named Gracie Lu Freebush.
