Where will I be in a year...


After struggling with my weight my entire life I decided to have gastric bypass surgery on 12-15-2015. So this year I am really going to focus on me. I want to get in shape and hopefully get back to work. Update after one year I am down from 335lbs to 192lbs... I am doing better but not as good as I had hoped. I am still working on it and moving forward. 2016 was a fabulous year and I can't wait to see what 2017 has to offer.

My Goals:
10% of my body weight at a time. Keeping it off as I go.

Going to the Y and getting back in shape.

Returning to work...

My Program:
 Moving more eating less.

Focusing on getting protein in first. Then produce.

Listening to my doctors and making my bypass a success.
