Introduction Text Loving life and my kids and the man in my life! I just don't know why I don't love myself enough to get fit and stay there. I need motivation and help to do this. I look at where I started and where I am and I am annoyed with myself. I have to do this for me and I have to stop giving up when it gets tough. I will push forward and stay committed to losing the weight and getting (and staying below 200)! One day at a time is my new motto! I have the Fitbit Blaze and can't wait to see if it keeps me focused. Time to STOP making EXCUSES and do what I set out to do so long ago. It is finally the RIGHT TIME to finish what I started and get back on track! My daughters have grown up on me... one moved to Louisville after getting a job with the FDA as an investigator and the other graduated from Georgetown University and is in 2nd year of law school at Boston University Law. I am a super proud mommy. I am committed to changing my life, just need to have my motivation pumped up again. THIS WILL BE THE TIME I WILL STOP MAKING EXCUSES FOR MY PAST AND CHANGE EVERYTHING TO BE THE PERSON I WANT TO BE IN THE FUTURE! I am tired of not feeling like hiking to waterfalls that I love. 2016 is GOING TO BE MY YEAR! I am focused on doing the right things and getting fit for LIFE! To finally Not be LABELED OBESE on the scales or BMI tables. I would like to lose 4 lbs per month over the next 6 months. I would like to exercise a minimum of 5 times per week at Wholesale Fit in Rivergate! Short term goal- To make it to onderville and stay there! WOO HOO!

I am 46 year old mother of two daughters, Briana & Kelsey. Briana has graduated with her 4 year degree at UT Knoxville and is in Army National Guard. She now works in Louisville as aN FDA Investigator. Kelsey graduated from Georgetown University in DC and Is in BOSTON at Law school starting sept. 2016. I have three Weimaraners that I love! Jake, Lucy & Duke- the furry tornadoes. I am tired of making EXCUSES!! I have been with the most amazing man for over 6 years and he has changed my life and made me happier than I have ever been.
