    Hi JoJack! I'm on the 10 minute spark challenge as well. I work an evening shift as well and I have found that it is so refreshing to take a walk before reporting for duty. I sit at a desk, so by the time my shift starts to end, I am REALLY tired if I don't get an energy boost before I go in! I hope you find an energizing activity to make your time at work more pleasant!
