Introduction Text I am living on a farm with my husband. I raised two boys and now have three grandsons. I love to cook and prepare food for my family and friends. I just found out I was a Portion Distortioner so I will learn more about this and try to work this out. I do want to loose weight to keep up with my grandchildren and get back in my clothes I feel this sight is going to help me meet my goals I recently had a procedure done on both knees and I am working hard to get the strength back I love to swim and I have been absent for almost 3 years. Thank you Sparks people for not leaving. I am going to start again to cook healthy foods with your help.

I am a public health nurse I love my job and have been there 18 years. I have been married for 38 years and we have two sons and three grandsons. We live on a farm and raise cattle and beans. I love to cook for my family and I enjoy watching them eat so this weight and cooking healthy is a real challenge for me.

I love to read the bible everyday. It is my inspiration and renews my spirit. I love Jesus and am blessed to be filled with the Holy Spirit that guides and comforts me.
