The Adventure Continues
I'm having the time of my life. I love the Spark philosophy. I'm on a mission to enjoy the journey to being the most physically and mentally fit that I can be. I am grateful for the many wonderful Sparkers who have supported and encouraged me along the way, especially my wife. I recently completed my first marathon. Trust me; if I can do it, you can, too.

My Goals:
get back down to 185 lbs and stay there; stay healthy enough to be competitive when I race; increase my strength and energy; try trail racing; run some races out West.
My Program:
I enter everything I eat into the tracker. I choose good carbs and good fats. I try to keep fats below 30% of my daily intake. I also exercise religiously. My key to success is to weigh portions, measure calories, and train hard without becoming injured. I also try to eat more natural foods.
Personal Information:
I live in Central Indiana. My wife and I have 3 daughters who live with us at home and a baby boy who was born on 7/28/09. Rhonda also has another daughter who lives with her biological father. We believe strongly in family and enjoy every day together. We also love to travel whenever we get the chance.
Other Information:
I'm a flight instructor who lives in Central Indiana.
