Keep Going One Day at a Time


Hello out there! I am in my early 50's, been with my hubby for over 34 years. We have 3 grown sons, and 2 gr.daughters. We live out on the west coast, but we are both from Michigan and still are midwesterners in our heart. I am trying to get my self & my hubby in shape, 'cause I plan on driving him crazy for many more years(hee, hee) but, seriously he has heart disease & has already had 1 heart attack. My goals are to be 75lbs. thinner & of course healthier, but do it wisely, while I learn to like the skin I'm in right now.
