My Goals:
To be healthy!! To live a full life!! To be happier!! To do the splits in kickboxing!

My Program:
 To follow a 1200-1550 calorie intake each day and to burn 1550 calories a week!! Boot camp twice a week, kickboxing twice a week and cardio kickboxing twice a week also going on treadmill every day that I don't have classes! Being active outside


Personal Information:
I'm only 5'1 and I lost 40 some pounds two years ago . I have been at 150 for over six months now . New goal is to just get into the 140s lol . I was there before I can do it again!!

Other Information:
 I love camping, traveling, being with my friends and family and having a cold beer on a hot summer night! Thats why I can't get skinny too much socializing lol!!
