My Ups and Downs and thoughts
Basically to keep a diary about my progress, failures and successes and to seek support and comments and hopefully a few laughs along the way. Due to illness i have gone from about 9 stone 6 to 10 stone 4, and now i am well again i am trying very hard to take it off, i work out twice a week at the gym (sadly lack of money prevents more), and do aerobics, but after 4 weeks have gained another 2lbs!!!! I eat healthily, plenty of fruit and veg and low carbs, but i wont give up, and hope maybe ...

My Goals:
To lose the 10 pounds i put on by February, to become fitter and more flexible and to continue to include exercise in my life.
My Program:
Eating three meals a day, attending gym twice a week. Weight training at home 3 nights a week and aerobic exercise 4 times a week, and trying to stay positive!
Personal Information:
From England, very happily married (late starter married at 35), no children, none planned either, have Bi-Polar but have managed to control it and take very few tablets now, enjoy amateur dramatics, writing and reading horror, making my own little films, work part time as bar maid.
