I have been away from Spark People for a long time but I am back. I have gained back about 12 pounds since I left. Now I am recovering from the shingles, it has been really hard to exercise
I have a great cat who orders my husband and I around a lot! We all know she is the boss of us! I work at a therapeutic riding facility where I do chores, groom the animals and help with the lessons.

My Goals:
I want to lose the weight I gained, eat healthy and have a healthy attitude toward life.

My Program:
 Barn work 3X a week plus lessons 6X per week 1 hour each includes a lot of walking Work toward that once I am more recovered from the shingles. For now, do Barn chores 3X a week and 3 lessons a week.
