    Then I try to have 1 protein and 1 starch with every meal, and I pile on the fruits and veggies which give you a bunch of food without too many calories. And I have 2 kinds of "dairy" each day: Greek yogurt & almond milk (only 30 cals per 1 cup svng)

    Thanks for your kind words. Do you have an Aldi grocery store near you? That is where I am getting good prices on fresh produce. Beyond that I have focused on getting food that stores well in individual serving portions

    How wonderful you gained a house but unfortunately you also got the clutter with it. Most importantly, you must start thinking about making your house into a home. I can suggest not to look at the whole "mountain" of clutter. Keep you head down, and go through one box at a time. If you keep on looking up and at everything you need to go through; you will just get overwhelmed and frustrated at the big job you have in front of you. Soon, I will take before and after pictures of Jane's house and post them. It has been quite a job, but I have kept my head down and it works. Best of luck to you, fredie
