One day at a time....


Hello, I'm Jennifer. A single mom of 3 lovely ladies.

I've struggled with weight issues my entire life. I've always been the big girl in every setting and frankly... it's time I changed that.

When I was 17-18 I weighed 150 and I thought that was too much... what I wouldn't give to go back to that now. I had 3 lovely daughters who pushed my weight well over the breaking scale. The largest I've ever been has been 230.3. On a short 5'2" frame that is awful and ...

I'm looking to get motivated and get the encouragement to keep me going... I'm on a roll now... but, I REALLY want to hit it out of the park! Thanks for your support!

Fitness Minutes: 20,733

My Goals:
To lose 75 lbs in 1 year.
To become more active.
To drink more water.
To wear a 8 jeans or smaller.
To kick my soda drinking habit.
Kick my fast food habit.

My Program:
 Giving up Soda!
Have at LEAST four glasses of water per day.
Hit the gym 5 days a week.

GOALS:
10 lbs down - will buy myself a new pair of shoes

20 lbs down - Will get my toes done.

30 lbs down- Will get a massage done.

40 lbs down - Need to get new clothes!

50 lbs down - Will take a trip.

60 lbs down - Will take the family out for a family photo I won't be embarrassed by.

70 lbs down - I will sign myself up for one of those Twilight Conventions and meet more of the actors / actresses I have not already met. : - )

My last 5 - Go shopping with my daughters for all the "cool" clothes.

*I'm an emotional eater
*I have a soda addiction

Other Information:
 *I'm a proud mom of 3 lovely daughters Lily, Drew and Nadia. Who are my world.
*I love to write, yet I am not very confident.
*I love painting and photography
*I love comedy and anything to make me laugh.

    Hey Jenn, Just giving you a shout out today. I will be out of town for a couple of days. Taking my son to A&M for a new student conference. Now, I want you to be relatively good while I am gone!! Hahaha.. Seriously, how did you do this weekend?? I did pretty good til we went to a buffet last night. I ate well until I saw the bread pudding. Oh well maybe next time I will have my hubby put blinders on me!! Have a good one girl!!

    Morning Jenni,

    I wanted to touch base with you and see how you are doing. Things, as of today for me will finally be a much more slower pace. My exams took me away for a bit of time and during that time gone I thought of you often. So how are you, my dear friend? I hope everything is better since the last time we spoke. Thank you for being you and for being a positive influence in my life.

    What is it that you would like to achieve? What is it that you wish to change, improve upon, create, express or experience?

    If you ever want it to happen, now is when you must do something about it. If it is your desire to see it come about, it is your responsibility to make the necessary effort.

    Nothing ever gets accomplished someday by somebody. If it is to happen, it must be done on a specific day by a specific person.

    Let today be that day. And let yourself be that person.

    Just checking to see how your day was so far today!! Do you have a busy weekend planned?? I need to finish clearing out my storage rental unit. How on earth did I wind up with SO much junk?? I watched Twilight and New Moon last weekend so I guess Eclipse and Red Riding Hood will be on the list for this weekend. Try your best to make wise choices. You CAN do it!! emoticon
