Starting Over...


I joined SP in January 2007 and it is time for me to get back on track! I'm getting married and turning 30 in 2008. It is time for a healthy change. SP got me running...now I need to start tracking my food intake again and really let this program work for me. Any motivation...send it my way!

My Goals:
*Lose 10% of my bodyweight by March 13, 2008


My Program:
 Running 3x a week. Yoga and ST...I need a trainer!

 I enjoy knitting, reading, swimming, yoga, hiking, cooking and going to museums and most recently running. I enjoy running...I don't just do it because its good for me anymore. I love the post run high I get from moving my body. Yippee!
