Introduction Text My goal is to get and hold onto that feeling of WELL-BEING as much as possible... That doesn't mean reaching my goal weight -- though that would certainly achieve this goal... Rather it means very quickly losing 10 lbs so that I can get comfortable in my own skin. It also means feeling in control of my eating and confident that I am and will continue to make good decision -- that will keep me heading in the right direction.

- I will track my food every day and also aim to stay on the low end of carbs. Tracking needs to be a priority of my everyday life because it is fundamental to being and feeling in control of my food. - I will conduct regular self-evaluation to identify obstacles and immediately develop targeted strategies to overcome those obstacles. This includes recognizing trigger foods and foods with which I have difficulty controlling portions. - I will continue to blog regularly - to help me understand and manage problems, to express gratitudes and to articulate insights about my healthy lifestyle journey. - I am adjusting to upcoming changes in my work and home life. Other goals: Get fit and active, and to do it injury-free!

I track what I eat and aim to stay within the guidelines for calories, carbs, protein and fats . I drink water constantly -usually exceeding 8 glasses of water. I exercise every day. I am participating in Challenges.
