Till the end of September, 2012 1. Lose 30 lbs 2. Blog 30 NSV's 3. Still be here on spark people as an active member 4. 2 summer cook outs with friends at my house 5. Have both sets of parents over for lunch 2 times 6. Ride my bike along the Missippi river trail 7. Ride my bike on the Poplar Grove bike path 2 times a month 8. Paint window sills in back room and bedroom 9. Have Dave and Julie over for dinner 2 times 10. Have my art room, back room and hall in an organized manner 11. make 2 more dolls

This still my goal Tread climber most days of the week. strenght training 2 days a week

I love to feel healthy I adore my 4 dogs even though they drive me crazy! I love making art dolls
