Introduction Text at the heart of my journey to wellness is the desire to embrace my authentic self, to live free of shackles of shame and self-loathing, to live unimpeded by the bad habits of less than stellar history. i want to know joy on a daily basis and bring that to life's table to share.

a very Pisces girl, born & bred in the northwest corner of CT, in a long-term relationship.

i enjoy writing as well as other artsy-crafty endeavors. i aspire to be unaffected by what people say and think of me for that is none of my business and only distracts me from my personal peace.
