Hey all. I am Jill. I'm from a little town in Michigan. I live with my husband Eric and our dog named Rylee.

**BACK AGAIN August 2013. I am tired of looking in mirror not not liking what I see, I am tired of not liking how I look in clothes. I am READY to see changes, I am READY for a new me. Time to get back on track** I FOUND MY SPARK!!!

In high school I was never really fat, but I wasn't skinny either. But I was smaller than what I am now. I gained weight after I started dating husband-- we always went out to eat, didn't care what we ate, was happy with each other so I stopped caring about what I looked like. I started "diets" again and again just to fail. I would workout then I would give up because I didn't like doing it by myself. I just kept gaining the weight. I wasn't ready for a life style change.

I joined SP in March 2011 like many of you do-- to lose weight and get healthy. I never was serious about this website until about May 2011.

During the summer of 2011 I was walking/running and doing zumba at least 2 days a week. I LOVE ZUMBA. It was my new favorite thing to do. I still continued to track my food and workouts. Then after I started a new job and I couldn't attend zumba anymore :(. But I realize after I am done with school and get a new job I will be able to attend again. So about July/august-- I just stopped working out and tracking my food. I just gave up once again.

So then came September 6th, 2011 I started a whole new journey to a brand new me. I did set little goals for me. But I did not follow through with them. I was doing really well for about the first month and 1/2. Then towards the middle/end of October, I started to get off track, I started to STOP exercising. I started drinking pop after not drinking it for about 2 months. I started stressing about my classes. I needed to stop using that as an excuse. Even though I was more than ready to see results-- I still wasn't doing my part and exercising/working out, and eating right-- I STILL wasn't ready for a lifestyle change.

I was looking at pictures on my computer 11/11/11 and decided. I am DISGUSTED with the way I look in the pictures. I am not happy with them. I NEED to get it another try-- well not try but to SUCCEED this time. I will be getting an elliptical from my mom. I will be using that daily. I will be tracking my food daily. I will be joining more spark teams. I will interact with people more on SP. I was doing really well until I started my externship in February and hardly exercised. i started a little bit back up in March and NOW I am back!

I put up 1 year progress pictures in October and I could totally see a difference. The number on the scale hasn't really moved -- but I know I have lost inches. Last couple weeks haven't been the best but this is why it is a journey. I am redoing my sparkpage in hopes of getting the "spark" back. Lets do this.

Failure is not an option this time.
