Picking my Perfect
I changed my page title to Picking my Perfect because that's what I feel like I do. I'm a perfectionist and it doesn't always work out so well. I feel like my life can be like that game where you hit the gophers as they pop out of the hole but as soon as you hit one, a different one pops out of another hole. I just need to take every day as it comes and realize there is no perfect.

My Program:
At this point my goal is just to make working out a habit again. There is a bootcamp class starting at work on 31Oct so I'm hoping that will help make working out a habit. I followed the Metabolism Miracle program for a few months but got derailed after a few vacations. I'm going to eat sensibly through the holidays, workout regularly, then really try to improve my diet in the new year. I'm really not trying to make excuses, I'm just trying to be realistic...
Personal Information:
I'm the kind of person who has read every diet book (while snacking), has viewed thousands of workout videos (while sitting on the couch) but never cross the line of actually moving to the action stage. I'm very all or nothing so my goal is to have an 'everything counts' attitude. Brick by brick...
