Introduction Text Hi! i always used to be fairly normal, used to model, surf, ride horses and sang and danced with professional groups, and when i had my babies i usually lost the weight i gained within a year aprox. I used to manage banks and retail stores and did alot of consulting work. Then in 1999, I got sick- very sick- copd, and was told i wouldnt live long- i was on 26 meds at one time, and went up to 290 lbs. I was in pain miserable and i couldnt do and enjoy life anymore. I had gastric bypass in 07, and it was the hardest thing i had ever done, but within one year i was down to 170- and stayed there for a couple years- then a major event happened in my life that devastated me and i stopped eating altogether. I always had an eating disorder, and maybe would eat one 100 cal yogurt a day. I went down to 108 lbs and everyone said i looked sick- i was in little girls clothes, but i was happy. Then i just started eating normally, 2 or 3 meals a day- ocasional snacking, but im back up to 145 and so depressed miserable and ashamed. I am looking forward to utilizing my spark logs, and learn how to eat to my body and stay at a normal happy weight- im thinking 120 but i want to feel good- and be happy with me :)
