I am Jeriakah, I found Sparkpeople searching for online weight loss programs that will help me develop a lasting healthy lifestyle.

My Goals:
My long term goal is to lose 77 pounds by November 7,2021. I plan on achieving this by losing at least 1 pound a week.

My Program:
 I am starting out by walking everyday for at least 30 minutes. I am following a low carb diet with the help of my dietician.


Personal Information:
I am a single mom for 2 boys. My oldest is 31 and has flown the nest, my youngest is 29 and is still in the nest. I have 4 cats 3 boys and a girl. The girl is 12, oldest boy will be 5 on July 4th the youngest two are brothers and they are 3 1/2 years old.
