    Summer 2010 St. Louis Spark People Rally!!!

    OK, so how's the MO Botanical Garden on July 17 at 9 a.m. sound? We could meet at the Visitor's Center and walk around for 2 hours-there's a 'Health Fair' going on the same day, too! If you're a resident of St. Louis County or St. Louis City, admission is FREE before noon-otherwise it's $8 for adults...the place opens at 9 a.m., so it wouldn't be quite as hot then, but we could do 10 as well...lots to do/see here & plenty of walking exercise & time to get to know fellow STL 'Sparkers'!!!

    Thanks for your comment on my blog! emoticon I had a great day and I didn't even notice that I did so much exercising!! I also read your blog about overeating. Well I used to overeat a lot everyday. I suggest first counting calories and if you one day forget to do so just try to think: hey it was only one day, I will count my calories today so that will fix my yesterdays mistake. Try to make yourself count calories everyday. Or count calories of certain portions and cook your meals for whole week ahead. I currently plan my every meal week ahead so that prevents for overeating and I don't need to count calories since Im already sure that my portions aren't too big. Good luck with beating overeating problem!
