    Hey - just checking in! How was your week? Did you make it to the gym as much as you wanted?

    I didn't work out quite as much as I wanted to during the week (did 45 minutes on Monday and that's it) but I just did 80 minutes on the treadmill now and if I do an hour tomorrow I'll have met my goal for the week (trying to do 3 hours total/week). I should be able to do it as long as I'm not too tired - I have a birthday party to go to tonight.

    Haven't been so great with the food, so I haven't lost any weight yet, but I'm on the right track - I'm eating more veggies and fruit and healthy stuff, I just haven't cut out the unhealthy snacks in between. That's the next step. Though I know it's not realistic to cut out chocolate altogether, but as long as I'm reasonable about it, it shouldn't be a problem.

    I think now is the perfect time to get back into things, even if it will be hard. My husband and I just bought a treadmill (it's awesome - it has speakers and you can plug your mp3 playerdirectly into it!) and it's set up in our basement, so I have no excuse now! I did an hour yesterday (when we got it) and an hour today - my goal is to do at least 30 minutes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays since I have no class Mon/Wed and I'm done at 10:30 on Fri, and if I can do more fantastic, but I know that if I set an unreasonable goal (say, an hour every day) to start I won't keep up with it. So for now, at least 30 minutes 3 times a week - that's definitely manageable!

    Hey again!

    I am currently off the wagon too and have pretty much gained everything back - but I'm in school right now (teacher's college) and it's a crazy year and so hard to get into any sort of routine... I know I need to...

    It's very hard to eat well and exercise at the moment, but I know I should at least try... Maybe if I commit to coming back on here it will help?

    I agree with you when you are not ready to eat right it is hard to do and I am happy that you are ready good job on your weight loss so far. Keep up the good work.
