Introduction Text I was 238 lbs and am still having a hard time dropping the added weight so I'm trying to exercise more and have a better diet so I want to make a lifestyle change (weight, diet, appearance, attitude). I had PCOS, Hypothyroidism (on levothyroxine) and Gluten sensitivity (almost Celiac), anxiety, depression and am an emotional train wreck at times. I will perservere at losing nearly 100 lbs! I will become the loser I was meant to be! And the WINNER in other areas of my life! I am in God's favour and blessings.

My first goal I reached 07/31 - 230 lbs. My second goal to reach is 200 lbs April 1, 2014. Long term Goals: I want to become physically fit and feel better about myself. Boost my self-confidence and self esteem.

Exercising, eating healthy, become a better person in my own eyes (more self-confidence & self esteem)

I'm currently 50 years old have been in two different relationships which didn't work out. I currently am not seeing any man, maybe one day. I have hypothyroid, wheat allergy, high cholesterol and PCOS. I had gallbladder surgery and a full hysterectomy. I love to do many things including riding horses, travelling, meeting new people and maybe one day I'll have a relationship.

I love mystery, murder, intrigue, law and military books and movies. I love swimming but feel embarrased at my size. I love horseback riding and playing with animals and children and having quiet times with adults.
