My Goals:
At my heaviest, I weighed 290 lbs. I've lost and gained back the same weight over and over again. Right now I'm climbing out of a hole that left me near the starting point again on my weight loss path, but I've never given up trying to be healthy.


My Program:
---limit portions
---continually build up my exercise time
---get rid of aspartame from my diet and replace it with stevia
---choose fresh unprocessed food when possible
---exercise regularly
---stretch everyday for mobility and flexibility
---be aggressively thankful for everything



Personal Information:
I am a 40-ish, happily divorced Texan who is shy, quirky, spiritual, and working on being a more confident me. I am getting more comfortable with who I am, accepting my faults and celebrating my successes. I do medical billing for a living and I work in a cubicle, which fits my personality perfectly because I am an introvert and can listen to the radio all day (I listen to local talk radio, various programs on Truth Frequency Network, Wretched Radio, or music on my mp3 player.) I have a very simple life, which I am thankful for, I've had enough drama in my past to last me forever so simple is good.


Other Information:
I love to read anything from self-help books to Stephen King. I am interested in politics and social issues. I love animals and have a calico cat and am proud to be a crazy cat lady who feeds and shelters any stray cat passing through. Life can be so difficult and ugly so I appreciate funny people who can find the humor in things and don't take themselves too seriously. I love scary movies (the gorier the better!), playing on Facebook, listening to political/religious podcasts, listening to music (all kinds but classic rock is my favorite), working sudoku and crossword puzzles, playing solitaire and mah-jong, and watching tv (I like The Walking Dead, Big Brother and Survivor, Orange is the New Black, Ray Donovan, and a lot of others.)

    Happy Spotlight day! I stayed on the 13th floor at Circus Circus in Las Vegas and I am convinced that floor is haunted. There are several areas on the floor where it gets very cold and the hair all over your body stands on end. My sister and I only lasted one night and we didn't sleep at all.     Hope you enjoy your emoticon in the spot emoticon I don't think I could stayed in that hotel all night. I don't believe in ghosts, but staying in that hotel might have changed my mind. emoticon Your 10/3 blog is so true but painful and heartfelt. emoticon This is why I love SP even though we have to do it ourselves, learn to love ourselves, we have lots of support to keep us going and headed in the right direction.
