I am a mother of 2 wonderful boys. My life involves my husband and my boys. i am trying to lose weight to be at my goal weight of 140. I changed my goal weight this year. My goal is to lose 2 pounds a week, eat right, exercise. I want to be a healthy weight for my kids so i can have the energy to play with them and to set a positive attitude and a healthy lifestyle for them. This Year is going to be my year to became a better Mom, Wife and a Friend and live a healthy lifestyle.

Fitness Minutes: 6,035

My Goals:
To lose 10 pds a month.

1. Make healthier food choices.

2. stay within my calorie range.

3. Get moving!

4. Spend more time outside.

5.Find time for me at least a couple days a week.



My Program:
Fitness: Gym Mon-Thurs

Mon and Wed: Treadmill for 30 mins on cardio or weight loss. 20-25 mins upper body workout. Arms and back 3 sets of 15. ELiptical for 15 mins. Streach for 2 mins

Tues and Thurs: Treadmill for either 20 to 30 mins, Lower body workout legs 20 -25 mins 3 sets of 20. ab work out 3 sets 20 for 20 mins and the arch for 15 mins. Streach for 2 mins
Friday: BIke ride for about and hour around the neighborhood.
Saturday: relaxed 30 min walk.
Sunday: Swimming or playing soccer. 1 hr for both.

Nutrition: 8 oz glasses of water daily.
4 veggies a day
2-3 fruits a day.

Moviantional: Log fitness minutes and Food.
Read 1 motiational thing everyday.

i am from Baltimore Md. I lived here all my life. I have 2 wonderful sons. My Husband is my biggest movitator.


Other Information:
Live your life to the fullest, and don't take anything for granted.. life is to short.

    That's a very BROAD question to ask! I would say find something you love to do and do it. Personally I would never workout if the only exercise was swimming or zumba. some people feel that way about weight lifting and running (which I totally dont get.. haha) But find something you love and do it. and follow Tosca Reno's Clean Eating diet. Google her - she's my mentor!

    Hi there. I saw your comment on my page.

    Try starting with one small change at a time. Create a healthy habit you can live with for the long haul. For me, I started by replacing my Dr. Pepper with water. Then I added 10 minutes of daily exercise. Then I added 5+ servings of fresh fruits and veggies daily. Just one step at a time. I think taking on too many changes at once can be overwhelming and make our journey more difficult.
