We are so looking forward to walking in Christ and losing weight together as well as getting to know you personally. We can do this together and all things through Christ.     Our monthly challenge is the "February 2014 Fitness Challenge" emoticon You compete with your own fitness pledge. Feel free to join at any time. The weekly challenges change from week to week on Sunday and cover various topics. This week it's called "Nutritional Weekly Challenge" and the purpose is to emphasize staying within your nutritional needs for weight loss. emoticon emoticon emoticon The great thing about a weekly challenges is that they are short term so you don't get bored. We also maintain a bi-monthly challenge to help you with other goals you may have, right now it's called "60 second Bi-Monthly Challenge" and encourages you to start you day with a wake up 60 second exercise emoticon
