Introduction Text I've joined this site with the intent of using it's resources for weight loss & fitness. I find it very difficult to track my food, but I am trying to cut back on portions & since I like to snack, I am looking for lo-cal, healthier snacks. I've recently purchased The Spark Solution & I'm hoping to get inspiration from all of the great people & their success stories here at Spark!

Lose weight, but more important get healthier & more fit.

I'm hoping with the help of the Spark Solution I can finally do this!

I am from a small town northeast of Pittsburgh. I work full time for a company that does heart monitoring, work as a tax advisor/preparer at H&R block during the tax season, and work with my husband in our catering business. I am married with 2 daughters (24 & 25).

My favorite things to do are TaeKwonDo(I'm a 2nd degree black belt), motorcycling with my husband of 31 yrs, reading, crossword puzzles & cross-stitch. My favorite books are the Stephanie Plum series & J.D Robb's death series.
