Lifelong Commitment
I now know that I have to make a lifelong commitment to fitness and good nutrition. While I rarely slip on the fitness side my nutrition is much more volatile. I must make more healthy choices when at home and when traveling. I must cut back on alcohol consumption. I cannot lock myself in on a single weight goal. I will work to stay within a 4 pound range of 122-126, erring on the lower side but not beating myself up when I'm at the higher end. I will ...
