Isn't it funny? I could never walk by cookies, sweets or anything. Now I carry all kinds of fruits with me and i'm trying more and more kinds. I even keep dried fruits in my purse in case i get hungry (I look for the kind that doesn't contain sugar) It makes a big difference. I get so much more energy and I feel like I'm not missing out on anything. I found I love pears, pineapple, clementines (little oranges) apples and would rather have that than anything! I'm glad you are finding the good stuff. It will pay off. Promise! I made killer soup tonite using tomatoes, beef, spinach, celery, carrotts, and more.
