Fitness Minutes: 107

My Goals:
I plan to lose 50 lbs between 9/6/10 and 12/25/10. I want a new body for Christmas

My Program:
 I plan to do 30 minutes on my recumbent at least 5 times per week. I also plan to continue cutting out refined sugars and flour and increase my vegetables and protein.
