Fitness Minutes: 199,192

My Goals:
Concentrate on my continued triathlon training.

I want to add more yoga and Pilates to my routine.

Make sure I get weight/resistance training in 3 times/week.

Keep up with my shoulder strength exercises.

My Program:
 I'm going to monitor carbohydrates and up the protein! I follow the WW Blue program.

I am going to aim at 350 plus minutes of exercise per week.


Personal Information:
I live in Wisconsin near the Milwaukee area.

I have a great crappy t-shirt collection from many 5k and triathlon races.

I am really SLOW!!

I track my food using WW Blue program. I lost 50 lbs on WW.

I love the gym and spin class.

    Hey how you doing? I know for a fact that even thought we feel what is bothering us is never going to go away.. but I can attest to that if you keep doing what your doing and keep your tools in place it gets much better faster..
