Fitness Minutes: 198,777

My Goals:
Concentrate on my continued triathlon training.

I want to add more yoga and Pilates to my routine.

Make sure I get weight/resistance training in 3 times/week.

Keep up with my shoulder strength exercises.

My Program:
 I'm going to monitor carbohydrates and up the protein! I follow the WW Blue program.

I am going to aim at 350 plus minutes of exercise per week.


Personal Information:
I live in Wisconsin near the Milwaukee area.

I have a great crappy t-shirt collection from many 5k and triathlon races.

I am really SLOW!!

I track my food using WW Blue program. I lost 50 lbs on WW.

I love the gym and spin class.

    Jane,

    Thanks for you comment on my blog. When I do my arch splint/boot therapy, my leg has to be elevated - like in a reclining chair or up on a pillow. So unfortunately, I can't take the boot to work and do the therapy sitting at my desk in front of the computer. I also have to do icing and roller therapies on both feet. So while one foot is being stretched in the arch splint, the other foot is being iced and/or rolled. I'm just looking at this as "me time."

    I hope you're having a great weekend. Isn't this weather crazy? Yesterday morning, I ran in 35* temperature On Monday we're supposed to be in the low 80s. You gotta love fall in the Midwest!

    Hi Jane! Sorry I haven't dropped by sooner. Life is CRAZY & stressful. We're prepping our house to put it on the market, thanks to that darn snake. emoticon There's just so much more to do than I ever thought. I'm in charge of painting, de-cluttering, deep cleaning, and pre-packing, while my husband is house hunting in CA, when not working. Thanks for the goodie! I'll keep you posted. Hopefully this will be the last crazy week, and life will be back to normal again soon.
