Enjoy a healthier lifestyle by:
*Making healthier food choices most of the time.
*Being active every day.
*Maintaining open communication in my relationships.

My Program:
 Vising Sparkpeople every day.
Keeping a daily food diary.
Wearing my fitbit (minimum daily goal is 7,000 steps).
Attending 2-3 structured fitness programs every week.(Live events on hold thanks to COVID)
